So good for the last bits of peanut butter at the bottom of the jar which has gone a bit dry and crumbly

Makes enough for 2 as a main dish or 4 as a side salad

Ingredients: 
1.5 tbsp peanut butter
1.5 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1.5 tbsp rice vinegar 
squeeze of lime juice 
1/4 tsp ginger 
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp red chilli flake
1 tsp fresh coriander

Recipe:
Combine all ingredients well.

You can either pour this straight over salad or you can add half to rice noodles and stir fry for a few minutes before throwing this in to a salad and pouring over the other half of the dressing.
